Yoana Elisabeth Tumax has lived in the Dallas area since childhood, giving her a deep understanding of North Texas and its many communities. Her experience spans both in residential and commercial real estate, where she has helped buyers, sellers, and investors navigate markets throughout McKinney, Richardson, Garland, Forney, East Dallas, Oak Lawn, the Harwood District, and her current town of Highland Park.

With more than 12 years of experience in residential and multifamily investment portfolio management, Yoana offers clients both practical insight and a refined perspective. After graduating from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman College in 2012, she focused on interior design for single-family investment homes, warehouse spaces, and multifamily units, further sharpening her eye for detail and property presentation.

Yoana is actively involved in First Baptist Dallas’s children’s ministry and the Armstrong Bradfield Preschool Association for HPISD. As a wife, mother of three, and engaged community member, she brings attentiveness, compassion, and strong advocacy to every client relationship. Whether helping clients identify the right property or preparing a home, multifamily asset, or warehouse for market, she is committed to providing thoughtful guidance with care, diligence, and professionalism.
